T he great Brazilian singer returns to Rosario. In addition to songs from the new PORTAS album, the set highlights  important moments in the singer-songwriter's career that  she garnered over three decades.

On stage, Marisa is accompanied by Dadi (bass, guitars and piano),  Davi Moraes (guitar), Pupillo (drums), Pretinho da Serrinha (percussion

and cavaquinho), Chico Brown (guitars and piano), Antonio Neves ( brass arrangement  and trombone), Eduardo Santana (trumpet) and Oswaldo Lessa

(saxophone and flute).

“Portas” –her new work- easily showcases Marisa Monte's ability  to weave an eclectic mix of genres with the style and fluidity of  her talent, accumulated throughout her acclaimed career. The album is  backed by smooth, soulful vocals that align with  Marisa's delicate nuances and run through a variety of themes. Some of its  elements are acoustic and stripped back, and are elegantly mixed with  more vibrant tracks and lots of production. An album that seems developed

layered and seamlessly constructed to deliver every beat we  expect to hear from her, while continuing to push boundaries and introduce

news for the genre.

La gran cantante brasileña vuelve a Rosario. Además de las canciones del nuevo álbum PORTAS, el repertorio destaca momentos importantes en la carrera de la cantante y compositora que cosechó durante más de tres décadas.

En el escenario, Marisa está acompañada por Dadi (bajo, guitarras y piano), Davi Moraes (guitarra), Pupillo (batería), Pretinho da Serrinha (percusión

El álbum tiene un trasfondo de voces uniformes, llenas de alma, que se alinean con los delicados matices de Marisa y que recorren una variedad de temas. Algunos de sus elementos son acústicos y despojados, y están elegantemente mezclados con temas más vibrantes y con mucha producción. Un álbum que parece desarrollado

en capas y construido a la perfección para ofrecer cada uno de los ritmos que esperamos escuchar de ella, sin dejar de romper con los límites y de introducir

novedades para el género.
