A small town - very nice, manageable, nothing going on, lame parties, stupid teachers. Heartache, jealousy, smooching. There are Elin and her older sister Jessica: one of them notoriously partying and hungry for life, the other skewered early and with a lazy footballer. And there is Agnes. She lives with her overstrained single father, mostly sits in her room and writes brooding poems. Her birthday party turns into a fiasco, because only Victoria comes, who Agnes doesn't like. But then suddenly Elin appears with Jessica. Triggered by a stupid bet - Elin gets a ten from Jessica if she kisses Agnes - a beautiful and complicated story begins. Suddenly it's about something.
