He stands with his back to the audience, but without him, the orchestra won't even beat the drum! Who is it about? About the conductor! The musical director of the NDM operetta/musical ensemble  Jakub Žídek will finally face you! You can also get to know him, his journey to leading the orchestra of the NDM ensemble, and also conducting profession. 
 
We will not leave the conductor alone. You will also meet current members of the ensemble and artists who have been through it in the past.
