Teatro Grattacielo’s mission is to promote performances from an Italian operatic repertoire rarely heard in the U.S which accompanies a season of classic operatic titles. Though performances in New York City, strategic national and international collaborations and educational outreach, Teatro Grattacielo promotes artists and the appreciation of operatic traditions with an eye on innovation, multi-media arts and inclusivity.



Teatro Grattacielo was formed to accomplish four primary goals:
· Present opera performances at major New York venues with the highest musical standards.
· Educate youth and young artists about lesser-known operas through performances, lectures, and special events. Introduce youth to opera and arts through active participation with special focus on the linguistic and cultural aspects.
· Expand the audience for opera through education and community outreach programs, with particular focus on underserved communities.
· Assist emerging artists into developing their careers through performance opportunities assisted by world class artists from diverse multi-cultural backgrounds
