Valentina has been singing with the National Slovene Opera House of Maribor since 2009. Her roles include Rosalinde (Die Gledermaus), Norina (Don Pasquale), Musetta (La Boheme), Lisa (La Sonnambula), Eliza (My Fair Lady), Frasquita (Carmen), Blondchen (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Suor Genoveffa/Nella (Il Trittico), Giannetta (L'Elisir d'amore), Aksinya (Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk), Kate Murphy (Titanic - The Musical), Wellgunde (Das Rheingold), Berta (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Flora (La Traviata), Amore (L'Incoronazione di Poppea), Sacerdotessa (Aida), Anna (Nabucco), Olga (The Merry Widow), 2nd Lady (Die Zauberflote), and many more.
