Bekijk programma, cast en crewBENJAMIN GLAUBITZ was born in 1986 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, today's Chemnitz. He received his first musical training in the Dresden Kreuzchor, where he was awarded the “Rudolf Mauersberger Scholarship” in 2005. During his civil service in Munich he was a member of the Munich Philharmonic Choir and the Munich Vocal Ensemble. He was also a guest at the group for early music in Munich. In late summer 2006 he could be seen in the ensemble “così facciamo” under the direction of Hans Huyssen as tenor in the opera “Dido & Aeneas” by Henry Purcell in Gasteig Munich, in Minden and Villach (Austria). He completed his vocal studies in October 2006 at the “Carl Maria von Weber” University of Music in Dresden with Prof. Margret Trappe-Wiel and in the master class for song and concert with KS Prof. Olaf Bär.
