Daniël Hérmann Mostert

The Romanian baritone, Daniël Hermán Mostert, studied theology for two years (at a German-language institute in Sibiu/Hermannstadt, Romania), and completed a study of music therapy in the Netherlands at the conservatory in Enschede. After this he studied classical singing at the ArtEZ Conservatoire with Anne Haenen, Annette Kleine and Harry van Berne, at the same time working part-time as a music therapist. In 2008 he completed his bachelor's degree. In April 2010 he took the concert for his master's degree. During his studies he took master-classes with David Wilson-Johnson, Meinard Kraak, Johannette Zomer, Carolyn Watkinson and Barbara Schlick, among others, often as part of Marien van Nieukerken's Lieder class.
