Berlijn, DuitslandThe German baritone Dominik Köninger has been an ensemble member of the Komische Oper Berlin from 2012-2022, where he performed many great roles such as Orfeo, Graf Almaviva, Papageno, Figaro and Pelléas. In 2023, Dominik Köninger will give his role debut in the title role of Britten's opera “Billy Budd” at the Musiktheater im Revier in Gelsenkirchen. Parallel to his opera engagements, he has become a sought-after concert and recital singer, recently appearing at the International Hugo Wolf Academy, the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, a re-invitation to the Wigmore Hall and in Telemann's "Pimpinone" with the Akademie der Alten Musik Berlin at the Telemann Festtage in Magdeburg.
