Franco Cerri

Franco Cerri, born in Genoa  He studied at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan under the guidance of Maestro Vittorio Terranova and specialized with Bonaldo Giaiotti, Silvano Carrolli, Gianni Maffeo. On November and December 2019 debuted the role of Scarpia in a production of Tosca at Società Umanitaria in Milan and at the Teatro Re in Licata, Sicily.  In 2020 he will face the role of Jago in Otello and Amonasro in Aida on a tour of the main theaters of Ukraine and in Rome. Recital with the Puccini Orchestra at the Civitanova Marche Theatre under conduction of Maestro Alfredo Sorichetti.  In 2019 he was the protagonist in a tour of the Tuscan theaters with the orchestra of the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca, for Parma Lirica he sang in a recital in occasion of the Verdi’s celebration
