Hector Sandoval

He graduated from the National Conservatory of Music of Mexico (where he took classes with Enrique Jaso) and in 1994 he traveled to Europe, where he continued his training at the Superior School of Music and Dramatic Art of Vienna. He studied repertoire with Plácido Domingo, Walter Berry, Luigi Alva, Chris Merrit and Ghena Dimitrova; and vocal technique with Francisco Araiza. He has performed in prestigious lyric theatres in the United States, Europe and Latin America, such as the Vienna, Hamburg and Paris Opera Houses, the Stuttgart and Mexican State Opera Houses, the Salzburg Festspielen, the Bregenzer Festspiele, the Zurich Parma, the Bolshoi Theater, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Teatro Regio di Parma and La Monnaie (Brussels).
