Biografia
Canadian soprano made her professional debut at age 24 in the role of La Folie in Rameau’s Platée at Musiktheater im Revier in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. She has interpreted over fifty roles spanning from the light-lyric coloratura to the lirico-spinto repertoire, particularly Elvira Ernani, Liù, Amelia Un ballo in maschera, Contessa Almaviva, Rachel La Juive, Donna Anna, Elettra Idomeneo and the title-role in Fidelio. Leah has performed the role of Elisabeth de Valois Leah at Theater Bern, Saarländisches Staatstheater and was also called upon to jump-in last minute at the Opèra Royal de Wallonie, Liège under the baton of Maestro Paolo Arrivabene earning her critical attention. She has been a returning guest artist to the Glyndebourne Opera Festival and Bavarian State Theater in Munich. Fu
