Lena Langenbacher

Lena Langenbacher has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Rostock Volkstheater since May 2021. During this season she can be seen there as Valencienne in “The Merry Widow” by Franz Lehár and as Susanna in “Le nozze di Figaro” by WA Mozart. Born in Hamburg, she received violin and piano lessons as a child. The desire to become a singer arose when she was on stage in 2008 and 2009 for the “Opera Piccola”, a project by the Hamburg State Opera. She first took singing lessons from Ulla Groenewold in Hamburg, who accompanied her on her way to studying singing. Lena Langenbacher completed her studies at the University of Music Lübeck with Prof. Caroline Stein and Isabel Schaarschmidt, as well as in the singing class of Prof. Carola Guber at the University of Music and Theater "Felix Me
