Stella Marie Lorenz

Pianist Stella Marie Lorenz’s recent performances include recitals at Wigmore Hall, the Leeds Lieder Festival and the Musikverein and Konzerthaus Wien. In 2021 she was a prizewinner in the Copenhagen Lied Duo Competition and received the Help Musicians UK Postgraduate Award. She has an Advanced Diploma with Distinction from the Royal Academy of Music, where she studied with Malcolm Martineau, Michael Dussek and James Baillieu, and where she regularly coached singers. She previously studied with Markus Hadulla at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, and with Gerold Huber and Roger Vignoles. In 2023, Stella makes her debut at La Monnaie de Munt/Brussels and the Staatstheater Saarbrücken.
