Biography
The lyric coloratura soprano Anabel Real was born in Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain). At eight years old she started taking clarinet lessons which later she combined with singing and piano lessons at the Conservatory of Sabadell. As a teenager, she sang as a soloist in many operas for children. In 2012, Anabel Real completed her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Studies with Professor Enedina Lloris at ESMUC (Barcelona). She studied Lied with Professors Alan Branch and Francisco Poyato and attended different masterclasses with renowned pianists and singers such as Roger Vignoles, Wolfram Rieger, Burkhard Kehring and Peter Schreier, among others. During her studies, she received scholarships from the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation, as well as the pianist Anna Riera's Foundation. From 2012 until 20
