View cast and crewJonathan Macker started singing at the Classic Singing School in Fulda with Ute Büttner while a member of the special chorus at the Hamburg State Opera. He won the 2014 special Culture Prize from the city of Hamburg‘s Senate and the 2015 NDR Culture Special Prize, the year he started his vocal studies at the HfM Hanns Eisler in Berlin with Prof. Roman Trekel and won a scholarship from the Jürgen Ponto Foundation. He moved to the University for Music and the Performing Arts in Frankfurt in 2017 to study with Prof. Thilo Dahlmann, since when he has taken part in several BachVespern projects and appeared in a production at the Staatstheater in Darmstadt. He sang Didi in the 2019 world premiere of Consumnia in Graz, won the 2020 international Organ-Singing Competition with his duo partner Nikl
