Bio: Marcin Hutek - in 2010 graduated from the Vocal Faculty of the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. He perfected his vocal skills at courses taught by Kaludi Kaludov, Bruno Pola, Klaus Häger, Jane Thorner-Mengedoht, Hartmut Holl and others. In 2008 he debuted with the part of Pali in “Zigeunerbaron” at the festival in Altusried. In 2009 he performed the part of Jesus in “Das Sühnopfer” by Carl Loewe in the Konzerthaus Berlin. He performed twice at the Zurich Festival of Arts: as the Landsknecht in “Simplicius Simplicissimus”, the opera by W.A.Hartman, and as the Tiridate in “Radamisto”, the opera by G.F.Haendel. In 2012 he took part in the international “Phoenix” project staged at the Helena Sa e Costa Theater in Porto where he performed the part of Ernesto Volmar in “Alina regina di Golconda”, the opera by G. Donizetti. Marcin Hutek won the first award and three special awards at the 4th Karol Kurpinski Vocal Contest in Wloszakowice, third award and two special awards at the Jan, Edward and Jozefina Reszke Vocal Contest in Czestochowa, and one award at Kiwanis Wettbewerb 2010 in Zurich. Marcin Hutek worked with Siegfried Heinrich, Pierre- Alain Monot, Wilhelm Keitel, Jerzy Salwarowski and other conductors and with the directors - Karen Stone, Julie Beauvais, Thomas Fiedler, Maria Luisa Bigai, Natalia Babinska.
