Biography
Born in Mexico based in Europe, Zayra was awarded and winner of several international awards in: Spain, Canada, Italy, Japan and Mexico. Her repertoire ranges from the Baroque to the contemporary period, opera, oratorio, zarzuela, fine concert canon and Mexican folklore, which has led her to participate in numerous concerts as a soloist, both symphonic and chamber music, and scenic-musical productions. She has performed in Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Japan, Guatemala, Colombia, the United States, Canada, and her native Mexico. She has sung under the baton of maestros such as: Will Humburg, Carlos Aragón, Alain Guingal, Peter Leonard, Enrique Patrón, Fernando Lozano, Rodrigo Macías, Eduardo Álvarez, Hakan Sensoy, Iván López-Reynoso and Je
