The first premiere of the 148th theatrical season was the opera for children Terem-Teremok. Pupils of the 2B class of the Perm school No. 2 visited the theater in November for the premiere, and then we asked them to share their impressions. It turned out really cute! Theater website:

Many people know the plot of this fairy tale from childhood: there is a teremok in the clearing, in which the Frog, Mouse, Rooster and Hedgehog settle one after another. The peaceful life of friends is disturbed by the Wolf and the Fox, who are then joined by the Bear. The struggle for a common home in different versions of the tale ends in different ways, but always on an optimistic note.

The folk tale formed the basis of the libretto written by the poet and playwright Samuil Marshak and the composer Ilya Polsky.
The production team changed the ending of the story. If in a fairy tale, according to the plot, evil heroes are punished, and good ones win, then in the version of the Perm Opera, all characters reconcile and understand that one can live only in friendship, and do great things together.

“The singers here do not portray animals: we do not have a direct goal for children to recognize in them the habits of a real mouse or fox, although, of course, you can still guess them, ” says Maria Rubina, director of the play. “ The artists create complex images in which the character is definitely felt: the eccentric Rooster, the straightforward Bear-good-natured, the adventurer Wolf and others.”

Премьера состоялась в Перми в 2019 году
Сюжет этой сказки многие знают с детства: на поляне стоит теремок, в который один за другим заселяются Лягушка, Мышка, Петух и Ежик. Мирную жизнь друзей нарушают Волк и Лиса, к которым затем присоединяется Медведь. Борьба за общий дом в разных версиях сказки завершается по-разному, но всегда на оптимистичной ноте.

Народная сказка легла в основу либретто, написанного поэтом и драматургом Самуилом Маршаком и композитором Ильей Польским.
Команда постановщиков изменила развязку истории. Если в сказке по сюжету злые герои наказаны, а добрые побеждают, то в версии Пермской оперы все персонажи примиряются и понимают, что жить можно только в дружбе, а большие дела совершать сообща.

«Певцы здесь не изображают животных: у нас нет прямой цели, чтобы дети узнали в них повадки реальной мыши или лисы, хотя угадать их, конечно, все-таки можно, — говорит Мария Рубина, режиссер спектакля. — Артисты создают сложные образы, в которых точно чувствуется характер: эксцентричный Петух, прямолинейный Медведь-добряк, авантюрист Волк и другие».
