Revelation of the last Festival, the soprano Bruno de Sá is back in Ambronay. Like a vocal tightrope walker, Bruno de Sá evolves in spheres that few singers can reach. From high-pitched notes to spun sounds, he impresses with an unparalleled technique and flawless musicality. Flutist Dorothée Oberliger and her Ensemble 1700 offer the Brazilian singer a dream setting and a program to suit him, consisting of arias for soprano alternately virtuoso and elegiac by Handel (Il Trionfo del tempo e del disinganno; Agrippina; Aci , Galatea e Polifemo …) and Bononcini ( Xerse; Polifemo ).
