Christmas mood, but please without the classics that can be heard over and over again every year? The “Noëls sur les instruments” are exactly the right thing: French Christmas carols, from which Charpentier has conjured up charming miniatures. The cantata “Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen” was not composed for Christmas, but its exuberant joie de vivre predestines it for this festival. With Samuel Mariño and Lucienne Renaudin Vary, two artists * with extraordinary talents are on stage: While Samuel Mariño effortlessly masters even the most virtuoso coloratura of Bach, Lucienne Renaudin Vary changes naturally from baroque to jazz. With the KAP she discovers famous compositions like “Le bœuf sur le toit” or “Après un rêve” in a jazzy look.

The concert takes place as part of the “Sounding Advent” campaign, with which the “Great Orphanage” foundation collects donations for the “Singing Primary Schools - Every Child Has His Voice (JEKISS)” project, which particularly benefits young people from socially disadvantaged families . The specially developed singing concept supports the children comprehensively in their learning - and of course it's fun.
