As a tragedy of chanson, Edith Piaf is one of the greatest figures of 20th century music, but singing is immortal and even today she has the ability to touch the depths of the listeners' souls. Budem spievať tak nahlas, že ma bude počuť celý Paríž – až na vrchole Eiffelovej veže budú ľudia otvárať okná a počúvať. Slová, ktoré vyslovila na začiatku svojej kariéry slávna šansoniérka Édith Piaf predznamenali jej závratnú hudobnú dráhu, ktorá sa stala jedným z najväčších symbolov francúzskej hudobnosti. Snáď nikto v ušiach verejnosti nereprezentuje umenie „spevu srdcom“ tak, ako táto charizmatická drobná žena. Šansón, to je Édith Piaf, Piaf, to je šansón. Jej spev sa podivuhodne prelínal s jej dramatickými životnými osudmi. Práve im je venované multižánrové autorské dielo režisérky a choreografky Dany Dinkovej a hudobného skladateľa Branislava Kostku. Vznikla inscenácia naplnená emotívnou hudbou, strhujúcim tancom a sugestívnymi dramatickými výkonmi.
