Chorus and Orchestra Ghislieri are at the center of a project - the result of unpublished studies and discoveries - which celebrates Mozart's travels to Milan to highlight how Exsultate jubilate is a Milanese motet by Mozart composed to be performed during a solemn Mass or during the course of Vespers. The concert program will include, along with other pieces, also the Caelo tonanti by Melchiorre Chiesa - who worked with Mozart - the unpublished Antiphon by Giovanni Andrea Fioroni from Pavia written for the Milan Cathedral, two psalms composed in the Lombard city by Johann Christian Bach , a close friend and mentor of Mozart, including the unpublished Dixit Dominus.
