The licensed Glenn Miller Orchestra for Europe will present the new program "Best of..." in the 2023/24 season.
As is well known, Wil Salden and his musicians are guarantors for the authentic swing sound in the traditional big band line-up. The orchestra and the vocal group "The Moonlight Serenaders", consisting of musicians, a singer and the orchestra conductor Wil Salden, take the audience back to the 40s and 50s, when titles like Moonlight Serenade, In The Mood, Rhapsody In Blue, Le Roy Brown, Sentimental Journey and more ring out.
Like Glenn Miller, Wil Salden takes a programming approach: Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed and Something Blue. Sophisticated tunes from the swing era are reminiscent of Ella Fitzgerald, Doris Day, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and, alongside Glenn Miller, band leaders such as Benny Goodman and Les Brown.

Wil Salden und seine Musiker sind bekanntlich Garanten für den authentischen Swing-Sound in der traditionellen großen Big Band Besetzung.
