A central place in Magdalena Kožená's repertoire belongs to songwriting. And it is songs by French authors, full of lyricism, fresh harmonies and subtle colors, that he will perform in the Dvořák Hall of the Rudolfinum. She will be accompanied by her regular artistic partner Mitsuko Uchida, one of the most highly regarded pianists of recent decades. Magdalena Kožená is one of the most sought-after Czech artists abroad. Each of her performances in Prague is an extraordinary event and a rare opportunity for the domestic audience to hear her art. When she and Mitsuko Uchida performed at Prague Spring for the first time in 2012, reviewers called the sold-out concert the highlight of the festival.
