Liza falls in love with Prince Su-Chong. In an instant, she decides to marry her beloved and leave for China. The romantic story of the two characters is also a meeting of two different cultures - Western Europe and exotic China. Will the obstacles standing in the way of the heroes' happiness turn out to be impossible to overcome? 

"Land of Smiles" is the most important work of the great Creator of Viennese operetta - Franz Lehár from 1929. The libretto is one of the most moving love stories of the Belle Epoque era, which additionally takes place in an intriguing oriental setting. 

In the Mazowiecki Musical Theater named after Jan Kiepura, you will see a colorful performance with an unusual stage design and period costumes, and the operetta hits flowing from the stage will remain in your memory for a long time!

Liza zakochuje się w księciu Su- Czongu. W jednej chwili podejmuje decyzję o poślubieniu ukochanego i wyjeździe do Chin. Romantyczna historia dwójki bohaterów to także spotkania dwóch odmiennych kultur - Zachodniej Europy i egzotycznych Chin. Czy przeszkody stające na drodze do szczęścia bohaterów okażą się niemożliwe do pokonania? 

„Kraina uśmiechu” to najważniejsze dzieło wielkiego Twórcy operetki wiedeńskiej – Franza Lehára z 1929 roku. Libretto jest jedną z najbardziej poruszających historii miłosnych czasów belle epoque, która dodatkowo rozgrywa się w intrygującej, orientalnej scenerii.
