The good cat Leopold has a birthday. And harmful mice want to spoil his holiday. They constantly call on the phone, tease Leopold, give a "sneeze" cake sprinkled with tobacco ...

The dog doctor prescribes special Ozverin pills to Leopold, from taking which the cat's kindness will disappear. But the mice and then had time. While the Doctor-dog was writing out a prescription, the pranksters stole from his bag an outlandish remedy - "Otshibin", taking which they temporarily lost their memory.

And the thugs didn't stop there. They get into the apartment of the cat Leopold and unknowingly drink yeast, from which they swell to unimaginable sizes ...

And the glorious and well-mannered cat Leopold forgives them everything and encourages them to live together.

У доброго кота Леопольда день рождения. А вредные мыши хотят испортить ему праздник. Они постоянно звонят по телефону, дразнят Леопольда, дарят «чихательный» торт, посыпанный табаком…

Доктор-пес выписывает Леопольду особые таблетки «Озверин», от приема которых у кота исчезнет доброта. Но мышата и тут успели. Пока Доктор-пес выписывал рецепт, проказники похитили у него из сумки диковинное средство — «Отшибин», приняв которое они на время потеряли память.

И на этом озорники не остановились. Они проникают в квартиру кота Леопольда и по незнанию выпивают дрожжи, от которых раздуваются до немыслимых размеров…

А славный и воспитанный кот Леопольд всё им прощает и призывает жить дружно.
