The performance that we present on the stage of the Wrocław Opera is a transfer of the super-show from May 2018, and its stage adaptation was made by the director of the young generation, Cezary Iber.

Nabuccois a special opera by the Italian composer. Under the mask of a historical libretto, Verdi told a story of an enslaved nation that could happen at any time. The title Nabucco is an authoritarian ruler for whom the lust for power is the most important goal. King of Babylon, decides to invade and conquer Jerusalem. A personal story is set in the background, led by Abigail, King Nebuchadnezzar's firstborn daughter from an illegitimate relationship. Like his father, he wants power. It is a story without a happy ending, marked by suffering, tears and death.
