Mit Songs wie »Hotel California«, »New Kid in Town« oder »Tequila Sunrise« wurden die »Eagles« rund um das Songwriter-Duo Don Henley und Glenn Frey zu einer der erfolgreichsten Bands der Rockgeschichte. Ihr Sound ist einzigartig; eine Verschmelzung von gradlinigem Rock, klassischem Country und Bluegrass, mit zeitweiligen Ausflügen in Richtung Disco und Pop. In den 70er-Jahren feierten »Eagles« Triumphe und verkauften Platten in Platinauflage. 1980  löste sich die Band auf.

Das Cover-Konzert »One of these nights« ist eine Hommage an die »Eagles«, für die sich eine Gruppe von Musikern aus dem Saarland zusammen getan hat. Concert with the greatest hits of the »Eagles«

 

With songs like "Hotel California" , "New Kid in Town" or "Tequila Sunrise", the "Eagles" around the songwriter duo Don Henley and Glenn Frey became one of the most successful bands in rock history. Their sound is unique; a fusion of straight rock, classic country and bluegrass, with intermittent forays into disco and pop. In the 1970s, "Eagles" celebrated triumphs and sold platinum records. In 1980 the band broke up.

The cover concert »One of these nights« is a homage to the »Eagles«, for which a group of musicians from Saarland got together. Joe Smoke (vocals, guitar), Amby (vocals, guitar), Achim Schneider (vocals, piano, accordion), Rolf Siefert (electric guitar, vocals), Marc Sauer (electric guitar, vocals) Stefan Engelmann (electric bass) , Stefan Brandt (drums) – they are »One of these nights« - the »Eagles« tribute band and take us on a journey into past decades .
