Neapol je osudové město. Kdo jej spatřil, ví a není potřeba mu nic vysvětlovat. Kdo váhá, zda město navštívit, tomu po dubnovém večeru „u Šimona a Judy“ rovněž nebude pomoci. Sopranistka Simona Šaturová a flétnistka Jana Semerádová by mohly vyprávět. Dokonce i Fillippo Mineccia, ač je z Florencie. Městu těhotnému hudbou nelze odolat. Barokní obr Johann Adolf Hasse sice pocházel z Německa, ale charismatu Itálie, a zejména pak Neapole, šťastně podlehl. Tím více pak jeho vlašští souputníci Leonardo Vinci a Giovanni Battista Pergolesi. Ten posledně jmenovaný pro neapolský chrám San Luigi di Palazzo vytvořil velikonoční zázrak, Stabat mater, které tu od té doby s námi zůstává jako věčné utěšení v zamračených časech.

Those who are hesitating whether to visit the city will not be helped after the April evening "at Šimon and Juda's". Soprano Simona Šaturová and flutist Jana Semerádová could tell the story. Although the Baroque giant Johann Adolf Hasse came from Germany, he happily succumbed to the charisma of Italy, and especially Naples.
