• "Mystical and elusive, spiritual and dangerous" The New York Times  Festival rehearsals are in full swing and this month 22 October to 2 November the 63rd Wexford Festival Opera will bring you 12 days of rare masterpieces and hidden gems including the EUROPEAN PREMIERE of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Silent Night the moving story about the Christmas truce in World War One by Kevin Puts. Described by the New York Times as "Exhilarating and compelling" this is the not to be missed event of the season. Our 24 October night has already SOLD OUT but we have limited seats available for 27 & 30 October and 2 November.   We are excited about the provocative production of Salomé based on the play by Oscar Wilde and the Italian comedy Don Bucefalo.
