What beautiful memories this evening will bring back to us with the return of Antonio Florio and his ensemble to the beautiful Church of Saint-Genès les Carmes… An event that lovers of the Baroque will certainly not want to miss! In the first part, La Cappella Neapolitana will offer us music by Michele Mascitti ( Passacaille ) and Leonardo Leo ( Salve Regina ), before the famous Stabat Mater , the final composition of the young and brilliant Pergolèse, who has never ceased to upset generations of music lovers since its creation in 1736.
