The East prince Radjami is in Paris as an envoy. He often visits the Parisian opera where the young singer Odette sings. Nobody knows that Radjami is in love with her and goes to the theater intentionally so that at least on the stage to see his beloved. At last, in one of evenings he meets her. It seems that his feelings are mutual, but as it appears, there are a lot of obstacles on the way to their happiness. Will the lovers will be able to overcome them?..
