The Mikado is arguably the most popular of all of the Gilbert and Sullivan operas.
Set in the mythical town of Titti-Poo, this hilarious tale tells the story of star-crossed lovers Nanki Poo and Yum Yum, the cheap tailor Ko Ko, (recently elevated to the Exalted rank of Lord High Executioner), Pooh Bah 'The Lord High Everything Else', the terrifying Katisha and of course the Mikado himself!
This operetta is filled with glorious singing from our incredible cast of principals and ensemble. The wonderful score features some of the most beautiful and popular melodies including 'Three Little Maids from School','I Have a Little List', The Sun whose Rays are all Ablaze' and the well-known 'Tit-Willow'.
