"Secret Requiem" is a theater and opera performance that will introduce the audience to the mysterious story of the death of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the accompanying aura of the artist's last composition - "Requiem".

Dark apparitions and ghosts of the dead harass Emperor Leopold II, with whom the artist was the court composer of chamber music.
Who is to blame for the premature death of the great composer? Wife? Sister? Mistress? Or maybe he was poisoned by his musical competitor Antonio Salieri?
The clues are not clear-cut, anyone can turn out to be a killer. The theatrical narrative of exploration is accompanied by the most famous arias from operas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by the daring artists of the Silesian Opera (Adam Sobierajski, Anna Borucka, Gabriela Gołaszewska, Ewelina Szybilska, Adam Woźniak, Maciej Komandera, choir, orchestra conducted by Maciej Tomasiewicz). The performance, in conjunction with the ballet interpretation "Requiem", is an important diptych, on the one hand introducing the audience to the historical background, and on the other, offering an unforgettable musical feast.

The premiere of the "Secret Requiem" is combined with the ballet performance Requiem in D minor KV 626 by WA Mozart, one of the composer's greatest sacred works and his last, unfinished composition.  There was an aura of mystery around the creation of the  Requiem . A mysterious messenger ordered them. We now know that it was the envoy of the eccentric Count Franz von Walsegg, who wanted to commemorate his deceased wife with this composition.

Thanks to Jacek Tyski's choreography, music gains a completely new dimension and, together with dance, constitutes a common, inseparable composition.

„Sekret Requiem” to spektakl teatralno-operowy, który wprowadzi publiczność w tajemniczą historię śmierci Wolfganga Amadeusza Mozarta i towarzyszącą jej aurę ostatniej kompozycji artysty- „Requiem”.

Mroczne zjawy, duchy zmarłych nękają Cesarza Leopolda II, u którego artysta był nadwornym kompozytorem muzyki kameralnej.
Kto jest winny przedwczesnej śmierci wielkiego kompozytora? Żona? Siostra? Kochanka? A może otruł go konkurent muzyczny Antonio Salieri?
Poszlaki nie są jednoznaczne, każdy może okazać się zabójcą. Teatralnej narracji poszukiwań towarzyszą najsłynniejsze arie z oper Wolfganga Amadeusza Mozarta w brawurowym wykonaniu artystów Opery Śląskiej (Adam Sobierajski, Anna Borucka, Gabriela Gołaszewska, Ewelina Szybilska, Adam Woźniak, Maciej Komandera, chór, orkiestra pod dyr. Macieja Tomasiewicza). Spektakl, w połączeniu z interpretacją baletową „Requiem” stanowi ważny dyptyk, z jednej strony wprowadzając publiczność w tło historyczne, z drugiej zaś, oferując niezapomnianą ucztę muzyczną.

Premiera "Sekretu Requiem" połączona jest ze spektaklem baletowym  Requiem d-moll KV 626 W.A Mozarta będącego jednym z największych utworów sakralnych kompozytora, a zarazem jego ostatnią, niedokończoną kompozycją. Wokół powstania Requiem unosiła się aura tajemnicy. Zamówił je tajemniczy posłaniec. Obecnie już wiemy, że był to wysłannik ekscentrycznego hrabiego Franza von Walsegg, który chciał poprzez tę kompozycję uczcić pamięć zmarłej żony.

Dzięki choreografii Jacka Tyskiego, muzyka zyskuje zupełnie nowy wymiar i stanowi wraz z tańcem wspólną, nierozłączną kompozycję.
