Aude Périn-Dureau, solo violin, Cyrille Tricoire, supersolo cellist of the Orchester national Montpellier Occitanie, and their accomplice Pascal Jourdan on the piano, pay tribute in this program to Lili Boulanger, an immensely gifted composer who passed away too soon, the first woman to win the Grand Prix de Rome, in 1913 at only 19 years old. The incredible Trio n°1 opus 8 of Brahms is the work of a young man of 20 years that he resumed 38 years later. Miracle: far from killing his youthful work, Brahms succeeds in respecting the child of the moors who runs barefoot in this sublime page.
