Biography
Georg Lendorff has been working as a film and video artist for opera, theater and exhibitions for 20 years, both for large international stages and events and for small experimental productions. His work has received great international recognition and has been influential for the use of video in the theatre. Georg Lendorff has received numerous awards and has been nominated twice for the renowned Nestroy Theater Prize. One focus of Lendorff's work lies in experimenting with technical and artistic means. For him, researching and expanding the visual and scenographic vocabulary is closely linked to dealing with the content. This results in new, strong and engaging works again and again.
