Georgia Tryfona

Greek soprano Georgia Tryfona graduated with honors in Singing from the Ionian University of Corfou in Greece with Rosa Poulimenou. She soon completed her studies in singing/music theater with distinction at the Berlin University of the Arts, where she studied with Prof. Julie Kaufmann, Peter Maus and Hendrik Heilmann. Master classes with Barbara Bonney, Jeanette Pilou and Emma Kirkby round off her previous training. ​ Her engagements have taken the young singer to the Handel Halle, the Putbus Theater, the Händel Festival in Halle, the Nikolaisaal in Potsdam, the Rheinsberg Palace and the Stettin Theater. ​ She has performed as a soloist with renowned orchestras such as the Komische Oper Orchester Berlin, the Staatskapelle Halle, the Neues Kammerorchester Potsdam, the Johann Strauss Orch
