Biography
Bence Kalo is a Cardiff-based Hungarian theatre & opera director and actor. He holds an MA in Directing from the University of Kent and has worked with Ariane Mnouchkine as a student of her travelling school, the École Nomade. He is a graduate of the LEM – Laboratory of Movement Study and the two-year professional course at École Jacques Lecoq in Paris. His credits include ACIS & GALATEA by George Frederic Händel (Dorset Opera Festival), A DOZEN THINGS I WOULD RATHER BE by Nick Ishmael-Perkins (Streatham Space Project) and YAʼAKOBI & LEIDENTAL by Hanoch Levin (Etcetera Theatre, UK & The Cameri Theatre, Israel).
