Daniel Carter

The General Music Director at Landestheater Coburg, Daniel Carter has been a Conductor at the Deutsche Oper Berlin since August 2019. In his first season in Berlin his performances included A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hänsel und Gretel, La Boheme and Les Contes d’Hoffmann. In 23/24 Daniel Carter will make his debut at the Vienna State Opera (Die Zauberflöte) and return to the Deutsche Oper Berlin with a new production of John Adams’ Nixon in China. Furthermore he is invited to Malmö Opera for a new production of Turandot. In Australia, he will again conduct the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and, for the first time, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
