Marie-Sande Papenmeyer

Marie-Sande Papenmeyer was born in Oldenburg, Germany. She studied at the Academy of Music and Theatre Hanover with Prof. Dr. Peter Anton Ling and also attended the lied interpretation class of Prof. Jan Philip Schulze. In 2016 she made her debut as Ulrica in Un ballo in maschera at the Ernst Deutsch Theater, Hamburg and as Jezibaba in Rusalka. In 2014 she sang Amfizione for the premiere recording of J. S. Mayr’s opera, Saffo and the Alto part in G. Donizetti’s Messa di Gloria and Credo in D-Major under Franz Hauk, both issued by Naxos Label. In 2013 she sang the alto part in a NDR’s broadcast of Bach’s Mass in G-minor. From 2014-2016 she was member of the Junge Oper of the Staatsoper Hannover.
