Peter Bording

Dutch baritone Peter Bording studied singing with Jan Handerson, graduated cum laude from the Sweelinck Conservatorium Amsterdam and concluded his studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. His extensive repertoire spans all forms of music theatre. He portrayed the title roles in IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA and PELLÉAS ET MÉLISANDE to great public and critical acclaim during the Wiener Festwochen at the Theater an der Wien, at the Staatsoper Stuttgart, Staatsoper Hannover, Staatstheater Braunschweig, Oper Graz, Aalto-Musiktheater in Essen, the Dutch National Touring Opera and the Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam.
