Annalisa Ferrarini and Carla They create evocative sound atmospheres to propose a repertoire that is experienced as sacred by collective imagination for its suggestive passages and expressive intensity, which turn these pages into a sort of inner mystical contemplation.
The duo reviews famous compositions of some of the best loved authors by the public, along with other musical scores that are rarely performed. These sacred arias are closely associated with the devotional tradition also through their combination with intimate and meditative texts.
Pious verses that are also erudite unfold with music that surrounds them masterly, standing out for its wealth of melodic, rhythmic and harmonious inventions, and for the charming phrasing and declamation.
The tribute to the Blessed Virgin offers the audience the genuine “soundtrack” of the most widely practised Marian devotion.

Attraverso evocative atmosfere sonore Annalisa Ferrarini e Carla They propongono un repertorio che nell’immaginario comune è sentito come sacro, per i tratti suggestivi e per l’intensità espressiva che avvicinano queste pagine a una sorta di contemplazione mistica interiore.
Il duo passa in rassegna celebri pagine di alcuni degli autori più amati dal pubblico affiancandole ad alcune di più rara esecuzione. Arie sacre strettamente legate all’idea di tradizione devozionale, grazie anche a testi di carattere intimo e meditativo.
