Cecilia Bartoli needs no introduction! More than a diva, the Italian mezzo-soprano has become a true icon of the international music scene. She is both an exceptional performer – total commitment, guaranteed to thrill! – and a creator of programmes of rare intelligence, which she often devises herself in the depths of the library. For her latest recital-event in the Saanen Church, she has enlisted a high-flying orchestra, Il Pomo d'Oro, which has specialised in providing a “luxury escort” for baroque stars since its creation in 2012.

Plus qu'une diva, la mezzo-soprano italienne est devenue avec le temps une véritable icône de la scène musicale internationale, tout à la fois interprète d'exception – engagement total, frissons garantis! – et créatrice de programmes d'une rare intelligence, qu'elle conçoit souvent elle-même dans l'ombre des bibliothèques. Pour son nouveau récital-événement à l'église de Saanen, elle s'est assurée les services d'un orchestre de haut vol, Il Pomo d'Oro, qui s'est fait une spécialité depuis sa création en 2012 de «l'escorte de luxe» de stars du baroque.

Sie ist gleichzeitig Ausnahmesängerin – voller Einsatz, Gänsehaut garantiert! – und Verfasserin intelligenter Programme, bei denen sie eine sehr kluge Auswahl trifft und sich dazu auch häufig in Bibliotheken aufhält. Für ihr aktuelles Konzert in der Kirche Saanen hat sie sich die Dienste eines hochkarätigen Orchesters gesichert, Il Pomo d‘Oro, das sich seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 2012 auf die «Luxusbegleitung» von Barockstars spezialisiert hat.
