Based on Christopher Isherwood’s semi-autobiographical tales of his colorful escapades in Germany, Cabaret tells the story of a young American writer, Clifford Bradshaw, who journeys to Berlin to work on a new novel, where he meets the perfectly marvellous Sally Bowles.
