The production is based on the last edition of Giuseppe Verdi, created at the end of his creative journey. The great Italian composer worked throughout his life on the work of Friedrich Schiller. Italian society in the 19th century was particularly sensitive to the themes of national self-determination, freedom and justice. Giuseppe Verdi created four versions of the opera, finally returning the scene to the forest of Fontainebleau so that the main conflict could be clarified. The directorial decision grounds the characters and presents their human face - each with their emotions, hesitations and contradictions. The scenography is frugal and clean, using the possibilities of the spectacular lighting.

Постановката е върху последната редакция на Джузепе Верди, създадена в края на творческия му път. Великият италиански композитор работи през целия си живот върху творбата на Фридрих Шилер. Италианското общество през 19 век е особено чувствително към темите за национално самоопределение, свобода и справедливост.
