Mancava da vent'anni esatti e torna a Sassari con un nuovo allestimento, Don Giovanni di Mozart. Un capolavoro, il 'dramma giocoso' detto anche Il dissoluto punito, che nella storia sassarese non è stato rappresentato con la frequenza meritata. È la seconda delle tre opere italiane che il compositore austriaco scrisse su libretto di Lorenzo Da Ponte. Andò in scena per la prima volta al Teatro degli Stati di Praga nel 1787. L'origine del dramma viene da un testo dello spagnolo Tirso da Molina del '600, Il seduttore di Siviglia e il convitato di pietra, cui si ispirò anche Molière per il suo Dom Juan. E i riferimenti alla Spagna e al passato che ciclicamente torna presente sono alla base dell'allestimento, molto apprezzato, messo in scena nella produzione originale dell'Ente Concerti nel 2015, per la regia del catalano Paco Azorìn, che si avvale delle proiezioni di Alessandro Arcangeli e Pedro Chamizo.

It had been missing for exactly twenty years and returns to Sassari with a new staging, Mozart's Don Giovanni . A masterpiece, the 'playful drama' also known as Il dissoluto punito , which in Sassari history has not been represented with the frequency it deserves. It is the second of the three Italian operas that the Austrian composer wrote on a libretto by Lorenzo Da Ponte. It was staged for the first time at the Estates Theater in Prague in 1787. The origin of the drama comes from a 17th century text by the Spanish Tirso da Molina, The seducer of Seville and the stone guest , which was also inspired by Molière for his Dom Juan. And the references to Spain and the past that cyclically returns to the present are the basis of the much appreciated staging in the original production of the Concerti Agency in 2015, directed by the Catalan Paco Azorìn, who uses Alessandro's projections. Arcangeli and Pedro Chamizo.
