The crispy witch from Engelbert Humperdinck's masterpiece “Hansel and Gretel” returns to her witch's kitchen in the crypt of St. Peter's Church in Vienna.

 

In the minimally shortened version with piano accompaniment, the young and old guests are literally "enchanted". The seats are limited to 80 visitors and guarantee personal and intense experience in the great backdrop of the KRYPTA.

 

The loving directorial work of Regina Schörg and the cast at state opera level offer opera theater at its finest. Great entertainment for the whole family, opera fans and those who love it want to be.

 

An introduction to the work will take place 10 minutes before the start of the performance. 

 

The crypt has a pleasant temperature in every season.
