The Baby Jesus by the Ostrava composer Pavel Helebrand is a family Christmas performance for audiences from five to one hundred years old. In a playful form of humorous folk theater, it develops the traditional motifs of Moravian Christmas plays: the annunciation, the birth of the Baby Jesus, the journey of the shepherds and the three kings to Bethlehem, Herod's murderous plans. The eternal battle between good and evil is personified in the characters of the cheerful Angel and the cunning Devil. In the joyful and sing-song music of the Infant Jesus , the author also lets well-known carols be heard, in which the audience can also join in the singing. The events surrounding the birth of Jesus are presented in a prologue about the creation of Adam and Eve, their first sin and their expulsion from Paradise.

Jezulátko ostravského skladatele Pavla Helebranda je rodinným vánočním představením pro diváky od pěti do sta let. Hravou formou humorného lidového divadla rozvíjí tradiční motivy moravských vánočních her: zvěstování, narození Jezulátka, putování pastýřů a tří králů do Betléma, Herodovy vražedné úklady. Věčný souboj dobra a zla je zosobněn v postavách veselého Anděla a prohnaného Ďábla. V radostné a zpěvné hudbě Jezulátka nechává autor zaznít také známým koledám, v nichž se může ke zpěvu přidat i obecenstvo. Události kolem narození Ježíška uvádí prolog o stvoření Adama a Evy, jejich prvním hříchu a jejich vyhnání z ráje.
