Starring Iulia Maria Dan and Ho-Yoon Chung as Mimì and Rodolfo, the production is performed across a Parisian streetscape designed by Dan Potra, who returns to the harbour after his work on Turandot. Julie Lea Goodwin makes for a glamorous Musetta opposite Samuel Dundas as Marcello. Brian Castles-Onion conducts the Opera Australia Orchestra from a studio hidden beneath the stage.
