Maurice Yvain (1891-1965), a popular jack-of-all-trades musician of the interwar period, composed the operetta Là-haut in 1923, performed at its creation by Maurice Chevalier and his partner Yvonne Vallée. We follow Evariste Chanterelle, freshly welcomed by Saint-Pierre, observing from the sky his wife become the prey of another man, Evariste Chanterelle, who returns to earth to thwart this situation. Will he take the opportunity to unravel the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice by voluntarily bringing his other half to heaven with him?

In the pit, the Orchester des Frivolités Parisiennes has placed, since its creation in 2012, the rediscovery of the French lyrical repertoire of the 19th and 20th centuries at the heart of its projects
